Refund policy

We have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you can exchange it for something else or get a full refund. The 30 days starts when your item is delivered.

To initiate a return, please submit a refund request on our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to ship your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. You will first need to submit a replacement request on our Contact Us page. We will also require photos of the damage.

Please be advised that minor damage, like scuffs & scratches on the vinyl will NOT warrant a replacement. Keep in mind, these clocks are made from abandoned vinyl LP's, which may already have some slight damage. We will judge the severity of the damage, and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a recently purchased clock for a different one, this can be done within 30 days of receiving the item. To request an exchange, please submit a request through our Contact Us page. 


Refunds
Your refund will be issued once we receive the item. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. The refund will appear in your account in 3-5 business days.
