How are vinyl record clocks made?
All of our clocks are made from recycled vinyl records, recovered before they reach landfills. Using the latest machine-cutting technology, we carve beautiful designs into the vinyl, transforming it into statement piece that expresses your love of music.
What’s the difference between machine cut & laser cut?
There are pros & cons to both. While laser cutting allows for smaller details in the designs, they are often not made out of real vinyl records. They instead use a thinner plastic/pvc that resembles a vinyl record. The process of laser cutting also emits a toxic fume that is unsafe for those in the area of production.
Machine cutting, on the other hand, does not have toxic byproducts. It also allows us to use real vinyl records in making the clocks, preserving the spirit of the record.
Are the clocks made from real vinyl records?
Yes! Every clock is made from a real vinyl record that is past it’s best days. We strive to find vinyl records that are past their prime , and may otherwise end up in a landfill.
Can I listen to the record?
No! Once the record is converted to a clock, it is no longer playable. For the sake of your record player, PLEASE DO NOT try to play these records
What size are the clocks?
All of our clocks are made from 12-inch LP vinyl records. So, all clocks are no larger than 12 inches, depending on the design,
Does the clock make a ticking sound?
No. A great clock should be seen. Not heard. All of our clocks utilize a silent quartz mechanism that allows for completely silent time keeping.

How long will it take to get my clock?
You can expect to get your clock in 5-7 business days. With our clocks being made to order, ... As soon as your product ships, you will receive a confirmation email & tracking number, allowing you to keep track of where your order is at all times.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we only ship within the United States. We hope to one day be able to ship internationally.
What about packaging? Will it arrive safely?
We take the utmost care and premium packaging to ensure that our clocks will arrive safely and intact. Clocks ship in a 13x13 letter mailer with premium foam inside the box.
What if my clock arrives damaged?
In the rare instance that your clock arrives damaged, we will replace it for free. You can submit a replacement request on our contact us page (link). We will require a photo of the damage. Once verified, we will ship out a replacement free of charge.

What is your return policy?
Every order comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your clock for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Do the clocks come with a warranty?
Yes. Every clock comes with a 1-year warranty. If the clock is damaged within one year of the purchase, we will replace it for free. We will require photo evidence of the damage.
I’m giving this as a gift. What if they don't like the clock?
Every clock comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If they don’t like the clock that they were gifted, they can exchange it for a clock of their choosing within 30 days of the purchase. We also recommend giving The gift recipient a gift receipt( available at checkout), allowing them to exchange at their convenience.
